About Us
The charm of this 230-year-old family farm is priceless.
Good Feelings Farm can accommodate 200 guests plus vendors.
Included on the farm:
- 40 x 100' elegant reception space with silk liner, cathedral window sidewalls, fruitwood reception chairs, farm tables and round guest tables that can seat up to 10, antique shield back chairs for head tables, high top barrel tables, chandeliers, decorative lighting and lots of rustic decor.
- Wagon bar, wagon wheels, crates, barrels, old wood windows, antique wooden ladders and doors and much more.
- Stone outdoor fireplace, Koi Pond and Gazebo site.
- Late 1800's Brougham Carriage - original NY horse drawn carriage - beautiful for photo ops.
- Decor on site Rental Showroom including a 1924 Model T convertible, ceremony church pews, photo booth, centerpieces, and so much more.
- An umbrella of old oak, maple and chestnut trees at the ceremony site.
- Our rescue horses, River & Dallas love to hang out at the paddock by the barn - carrots welcomed.
- Get-ready Bridal Loft and Gentlemen's Quarters in The Carriage House with access from Friday-Sunday.
- The Paddock at the barn happy hour site.
- Two Facility Coordinators
- Three golf cars with attendants to transport your guests from site to site and assist with the event.
- Optional Wedding Coordinator package.
- Package includes a 6-hour event with farm access for the rehearsal and set up on Friday, all day Saturday and clean up on Sunday up until 11am.

Karen Stewart – Owner & On-Site Wedding Coordinator
Karen is the owner of Good Feelings Farm and the heart behind every celebration held on the farm. As your on-site wedding coordinator, she is dedicated to making each couple's wedding day seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable. From your first tour to your last dance, Karen is there to guide you through the planning process, coordinate vendors, and ensure every detail comes together beautifully. Her passion for creating meaningful experiences and genuine love for what she does is reflected in every wedding celebrated at Good Feelings Farm.
Jeanine – Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Jeanine works alongside Karen to ensure every wedding day runs smoothly. With a calm, organized, and caring approach, she helps coordinate the countless details behind the scenes so couples and their families can simply enjoy the day. Jeanine is also the owner of Beloved Bakeshop, where she creates beautiful, delicious baked goods that many of our couples enjoy as part of their wedding celebrations. Her creativity, attention to detail, and warm personality make her an invaluable part of the Good Feelings Farm team.
Location
Located just outside the city limits of historic Westminster, MD, Good Feelings Farm, LLC event venue provides a country feel close to home.
William Winchester (1706-1790) purchased approximately 167 acres of land in 1754 which became known as the city of Winchester. The Maryland General Assembly later changed the name of the town to Westminster.
Westminster is approximately 36.5 miles northwest of Baltimore and 37.5 miles southwest of York, PA.

Weddings and Special Events
Weekend availability from May-October for up to 200 guests plus vendors. Bookings available for 2028.
Ceremony
We supply the white chairs, set up, trellis, barrels, and so much more with a sunset view for your perfect ceremony located under an umbrella of old oaks, chestnuts and maples.
Cocktail hour
The Paddock at our 230 year old bank barn is the perfect place to mingle with the horses for cocktail hour.
Reception
Reception in our 4,000 square foot elegant pavilion next to the gazebo/fireplace/koi pond site.
Donned with a silk liner, cathedral window sidewalls, chandeliers, up lighting, curtain lights, white toile, burlap and ivy, wooden ladders, crates, barrels, wagon bar, farm tables, antique shield back chairs for bridal party, fruitwood padded seat chairs for guests, luxury ADA bathrooms, and so much more.
Parking
Our parking attendants will direct your guests to park in a designated area - a very short walk to the ceremony site. Fully lit at dark. Drop off and ADA parking available for special needs. Three golf cars available to transport guests to and from all sites.
